Oranges: properties, benefits and contraindications.

They belong to the Rutaceae family, to the genus Citrus: oranges.

Along with lemons, grapefruit, clementines and cedar, it makes up the miles of citrus or fruit taste sour or bitter.

Depending on the color of the pulp we find different varieties:
